Trying to lodge BAS statement with ATO business portal configured. When I click on go to portal it takes me to a blank white page with a single # on it.

    You will probably need to update JAVA for it to work

    It was an issue with IE. Why quickbooks continue to make IE the default browser with no way of changing it, is beyond me. I had to disable XFiltering to get it to work.

    That's good news. I tried Googling how to change the default browser for my 2012/2013 Quickbooks. I couldn't find how to do it.

    Hey HotelAtHome, just to clarify... Reckon Accounts still uses IE as it's internal browser, changes to Reckon Accounts Hosted means that you can access the Hosted service from other browsers aside from IE - which was not the taste prior.
