Hello,

I submitted my file through STP.

Afterwards the ATO came back with an Error Message stating the following.

“The following error messages have been returned from the ATO and need to be reviewed. You may need to make changes in your accounting product before submitting again.”

The error message “The requested is valid, but the pull requests is yet to be queued”

Any help would be great!

Welcome to the Reckon Community Simone,

Please follow the recommendations in this article.

Hope this helps.

John

Hi John

I had the same issue - STP File Status is "Submitted" then - on Refresh - got the same "... pull request not yet queued ..." error as above, but then this changed to:

Have tried calling ATO but - of course - can't get through.  Do you know if this refers to something in particular?  In this scenario, do we do a "Full File Replacement" or an "Update Event"???

I had to register my software ID with the ATO, then resubmitted the file and it worked.

Thanks Simone.  I noted it has Reckon's Software ID (6612142080) in my Company Profile so I've just registered via the ATO Portal (in Access Manager).  ATO messages have gone from STP Portal now so just waiting for status to change from "Submitted"

Use GovConnect's SoftwareID, not Hosted's one. That one's for lodging BAS but STP is lodged through Reckon GovConnect (STP Portal).
Hi Ifti
Yes, I meant Company Profile in the GovConnect STP Portal (I’m using Desktop not Hosted) :)

What happens when our legal company name is too long to type fully into the box in the company information in reckon desktop?

First enter the company name in Reckon Accounts and then copy it to Reckon GovConnect. You can rename it over there by going to Company & Adviser Info > click on edit icon and rename it.

Registering my Software ID did not help me one bit! Just to be safe; I registered both the Reckon GovConnect Software ID and my Reckon Hosted Company Profile one...and my files still won't go to the ATO. Same error message each time and not one person at the ATO or Reckon can help me. I'm completely fed up.

Any luck with this Simone? Because I'm having the exact same issue. I've supposedly done everything right thus far and have been on the phone with the ATO and Reckon and still no one can help me. Not one of them can figure out what this error means and why the ATO are not receiving my files. I have now tried 9 times!!
