ATO Error on STP Lodegment.

Hi, can anyone help, i have submitted the last 2 weeks STP reports twice because the 1st submission came up with an Error. The 2nd submission was Pending, now today they are both coming up with an Error.

     ATO STATUS Error: Please click here to view ATO response messages.

                                                                 and

     ATO RECEIPT NUMBER e28ed640-af5a-11e9-b547-27aba28eccd1@....


Not sure what to do from hear, i have checked my ABN in the Company File on Accounts Hosted 2019 R2 and taken out the spaces. I am positive all employee details are correct because my 1st submission on the 11th July 19 was correct.


My software was registered with the ATO as i rang them to do it and double checked it online. Can anyone shed some light on this please. Thanks Vee

    Hi Vee,
    Can you please click on the 'Detail' link on the most recent submission that is in Error and where it says 'click here to view ATO response message', can you click on it and let me know what message appears.

    If you don't see anything pop up immediately, refresh the page by hitting Ctrl and F5 (on most browsers) and then click the error message again.

    Hi there,
    I am also getting errors with upload and am told that first my json file had incorrect values and now I cannot upload any more because I have  not succeeded in uploading a full file replacement as yet

    I've had a chat with our team in relation to this error message and unfortunately, as it suggests, you need to get in touch with the ATO.
    We can't really advise on it as we don't know the cause of why they've rejected it and presented this message.

    There have been cases from a handful of other users who have received that message and while they've been referred back to us from the ATO, unfortunately this one is something on their end which we don't have any visibility on.

    Please give them a buzz when you've got a chance

    Now it's coming up with this error on the ones that were pending. What changes would i need to make in my accounting product?
    Why are these not going thru but my 1st one did? I have made no changes.

    i phoned the ATO today and they are saying they can't see any issues with the file. So i'm really frustrated now. everyone is passing it on.

    Hi Rav,
    I am still having this issue. I spoke with the ATO about this error and they do not know what itis and haven't heard of anything like this. I spoke with a Reckon Hosted Preventative on Friday 2/8/19, they logged in remotely and uploaded the 2 files that have come back previous with errors 3 times. I checked this morning these files now have errors against them as well. I am on hold now 30min with Reckon Hosted Technical Support. I have not logged my Report for last Friday 2/8/19 as i fear it will also end up with an error.
    I need to lodge these reports, but feel i can;t get any assistance into why this is happening.

    Well !!! After much frustration and no answer, numerous hours on the phone with Tech Support. I have finally had success, it seems my issue was as below. So for anyone else that had the same issue i have posted it. 
    I really hope that no one else has had the run around like me, over 2 weeks backwards and forwards. Hallelujah !!,  i finally get someone that knows what they are talking about.
    Not happy Reckon. :-(

    I am having almost exactly the same issue.  STP constantly failing. Tried to update to R2 and that corrupted my R1 installation so i had to remove the whole lot and start again. twice. still not working,. on hold to support for a very bored person in a monotone voice to tell me to do exactly what i have already done.

    Yes it's very frustrating, it seems each person you speak to has a different resolution to your problem. Hope you got it sorted.
