ATO maintenance affecting STP submissions

Hi everyone,

We've been advised the ATO will be performing multiple maintenance sessions on their systems over the course of the next few months.

This will affect Single Touch Payroll submissions made via the Reckon GovConnect STP Portal.

The ATO have advised their scheduled maintenance periods will occur between:

Start: 22:00 (AEDT) on Saturday 6 April 2019
End: 10:00 (AEST) on Sunday 7 April 2019

Start: 23:30 (AEST) on Saturday 13 April 2019
End: 07:00 (AEST) on Sunday 14 April 2019

Start: 21:00 (AEST) on Saturday 4 May 2019
End: 09:00 (AEST) on Sunday 5 May 2019

Start: 21:00 (AEST) on Saturday 1 June 2019
End: 09:00 (AEST) on Sunday 2 June 2019

Start: 23:30 (AEST) on Friday 21 June 2019
End: 07:00 (AEST) on Monday 24 June 2019


Reckon GovConnect STP portal access will still be available however any submissions sent to the ATO during their scheduled maintenance period will NOT be processed and either remain in 'Pending' or result in an 'Error' message. 

We recommend to NOT submit any pay events during the times listed above.
