ATO Keystore

I can no longer access my ATO Keystore which is stored on my local drive.  What is everyone else doing ?

    Hi Lyn,

    Thanks for asking the Reckon Community.

    Are you uploading your BAS from Hosted?  If so you should upload your Keystore file to your Q drive and then process your BAS through GovConnect.  

    When your BAS has been successfully uploaded delete your keystore file from the Q drive.  

    Hope this gets your BAS uploaded.

    Yes I upload the Bas from Hosted.  Is security the reason I delete the file from the Q Drive after using ?  Anyway will try next month as yesterday I just used the ATO Biz Portal.

    Hi John, I have the same issue, I have tried to follow the steps here http://kb.reckon.com.au/issue_view.asp?ID=4608 to upload the keystore however I cannot see my c drive from in reckon (only Q and B) and I cannt see my Q drive from in windows to be able to upload. how do we upload it.
