authorization electronic signature stp

I plan on starting STP from 1 July 2019 and some time ago set up GovConnect & MFA and recently watched your video for payroll premier. It says that you have to sign a declaration using an "electronic signature" before the file gets sent to the ATO. What do I "sign" and how do I know if I am authorized to sign the declaration? I am an employee doing the payroll.

Hi Rav, Thanks for your reply. Because I set up GovConnect some time ago I cannot remember what name I put in for the electronic signature - my name or the business owners name. Is there a way I could find out?
