back up difficulties

I have been trying to take a back up of my files off reckon hosted, and it takes ages and then goes into not responding.. I need a copy

    If you make sure no one is in the file.

    You can then use the download, to download just the QBW file.

    It isn't a proper back up,but it has all the data, can open in an offline Enterprise Version. You will not have the pictures for the templates, which is included in the backup.
