Back up Keeps Failing

I've never had this problem before. Every time I try to back up my file on Reckon Hosted on either Q drive or on my local machine it gets to 47%, sits there and then says 'Back up failed'. Can you please advise how to rectify as seems strange after maintenance it no longer works..

    Something must have changed as just now had different options, wen tot 100% and backed up right away. Thank you to whoever fixed or changed something =)

    This has happened to me over the years and so I just download the qbw file to my hard drive in the interim
