Back up problem

Every time I try to back up, I get a message that the file can't be backed up. No reason given. This is concerning me!

Hi Janneia

Are you backing up to the Backup drive on your cloud?  If not this could be a reason.

What type of backup are you choosing, usual or portable backup?

Have you tried verifying and rebuilding your file first then try

I've been backing up to the B drive and have had to rebuild nearly every time for months. Should I be backing up to athecloud and how do I do that?

No you should be backing up to your hosted B: drive as opposed to your Q: drive with your file.  Once it is backed up you then download it to your PC or to a cloud drive if  you wish.

Are you choosing a regular backup or a portable back up.

If you have rebuilt everytime and verified then I suggest to talk to tech support.
Having just said this I tested a backup with client file and it came up with "problem" I need to verify and rebuild the file then backup.

Once I did this the file backed up correctly
