Backup issues - Reckon Accounts Hosted (25 September 2019)

Hi everyone,

We're currently investigating issues with the backup process in Reckon Accounts Hosted on a couple of file servers this morning.

This will only be affecting a very small number of users at the moment and we are in the process of resolving this as we speak.

If you attempt a backup and encounter a message similar to the screenshot below this means you are on one of the file servers experiencing the problem.

We hope to have this resolved in approximately an hour and I'll keep you posted on progress.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused this morning.
