Try...

Reports / Custom Summary report / modify / Display

Report Date range (choose to suit)

Columns
Display columns by 'Class' across the top
Display Rows by 'Balance Sheet' Down the left

Click 'OK'

Hi Angie,

It looks good. Thank you

Joyce
Hi Angie, this is laborious and manual and you have to cut and paste by each  class. We have a demo of it all in one button.  call  on 0407068942

Hi Chandra,

This option I mention is not the 'filter' by class but actually generates the report with each class in a separate column. and this report can be saved in memorized reports or even added to the icon bar for easy future reference...

as far as I can see no cutting and pasting.... no exporting.

hi Angie, yes but if  you have say 10 Classes can you see ALL of them  in one display with totals. and can can you drill into each of them from excel , no .
i meant can you see each CLASS column by column along side.
