Balance Sheet report Total & Month variance

When I create Balance Sheet report, if I choose 'Columns' - 'Total only', it doesn't balance. It seems that something to do with Inventory figure. The balance of inventory in this report is same as chart of accounts balance, which is wrong...

When I change 'Columns' to 'Month' or 'Quarter', it does balance though.

Could you please help me out to find out what is causing a problem?

I'm using Reckon Accounts Enterprise 2015.

    Hi Akiko,

    If your balance sheet is out of balance do a rebuild on your file.  File > Utilities > Rebuild Data.  When it has complete check your balance sheet report again.  Usually that fixes the problem.
