Balance Sheet won't generate

I'm trying to generate a Balance Sheet for last year, yesterday it worked fine, today it comes up with 'an error occured while processing your request'. Other reports work fine. I have tried multiple times in the last three hours and have tried different browsers. Is it me or Reckon?

This one is us unfortunately :( 

The Reckon One team are looking into this at the moment, looks to be an sporadic issue but been quite consistent today.

I'll keep you posted on this. Apologies for the hassle!

Annoying! "Helpdesk", BTW is crap - hanging up now but 38 minutes in the queue with no response.
