Bank ABA file using employee 'Display name' instead of bank 'Account name'

I am using Reckon One for the first time, I created a bank ABA file after a pay run but noticed in the ABA file creation and when upload to bank for processing, it is not showing the 'Account Name' that is entered under the Employment tab, instead it is picking up the 'Display name'. Is this a bug on in the software or am I doing something incorrect>?

    David, ideally it should take the name from the Employment tab. However, it doesn't and that's fine. Most banks (at least mine) do not check the name, just make sure that BSB and Account number are correct. I've been using ABA files from Reckon One for 6 months without any problem

    Thanks Ken. I am aware payment should go through without a problem but I agree ideally it should take the account name. It would just be easier for audit trail down the track if required. Hopefully there can fix this bug which shouldn't be very difficult, it is just picking up data from the wrong data field.
