bank connection

Hi, 
This is my first day to use 'reckon one'. 
I wanted to use a direct bank feed, therefore, I went to 'Bank connections' and pressed 'manage modules'. the problem is it keeps going back to log-in page. after logging in again, it's going back to 'bank connections' page and I pressed 'manage modules' button again, then going back to log in page again. what's happening here? Am I doing something wrong??Please give me any advice for me. thanks

    Hi there, sorry to hear this has been more difficult than it should be.
    Were you still logged in to the Reckon Portal itself at the time you were attempting to add the BankData module?

    Could you do me a favour and try adding the module from this section -

    Click on the menu button on your book screen (the 3 dot button) first then Settings and add customise modules.
