I am running Accounts Pro 2014 on Win 10. When trying to access my ANZ bank data feed I have started to get this message. "The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel." I would be grateful for some help on this. Thanks.
A security certificate that supports the BankData process has expired so you will not be able to access the BankData service with this version of Reckon Accounts. As your version is no longer a supported version there will be no update to the Security Certificate
Your options are to upgrade to the current version of Reckon Accounts (2018) where you will be able to continue using the BankData service. (Its a good time to upgrade given the changes to reporting employee pay details that starts on 1st July 2018 for businesses employing 20 or more people, and for all businesses on 1st July 2019.)
Alternatively, you can manually create a list of transactions on your bank website and export them to a QIF file that you can then import into your company file through the Banking > Import Bank Statement function. If you go this path you can delete your bankdata plan on bankdata.reckon.com.
