Bank feed never works without refreshing

I set up bank feeds on Reckon One a few weeks ago.  It will only ever work once without being refreshed.  Whenever I call, I am told to unlike the feed and set up a new one.  It works when I do that, but it only works once, then I have to call a few days later.

I have a bank account that has an RSA security token.  Would that token be interfering with the feed and be the reason why I have to refresh every time?
