Bank feed

Hi, I'm new to Reckon one. I'm trying to access the bank feed, which I have completed the forms and Reckon One tells me it's active. However, when I try to link the bank feed to the bank account I get an error message saying : another bank account with the same bank details already exists. There is a good chance I'm doing something wrong, but I don't know how to fix it. Any advice is much appreciated

Hi there Michael,

Just to confirm, are you attempting to link the bank feed using the process outlined in this video?

If so, and you are still getting the error message, can you please give us a screenshot of this (blank out any sensitive info if required).

I am having a similar problem where I cant complete the activation process. My reckon wont let me add the "account'' type to the new activated feed.

Welcome to the Reckon Community, Dean.

Please create a bank account on the Banking > Bank Accounts screen.  Please note that the default account there "Cash", is not a "bank account" and cannot be linked to a bank feed.
