Bank feed not updating

I'm having an issue with my bank feed not updating.  My bank feed says it is 'up to date' and has shown this for the past week but there have been transactions (incoming and outgoing) in my bank account.

    Are you sure that your download limit hasn't been exceeded?  If you have already downloaded your transaction limit, nothing will happen.  You may need to upgrade your subscription to allow more transactions per month.  It happened to me, and as soon as the subscription was upgraded, all outstanding transactions came through.
