Bank Feed not working

I setup bank feed with my BOQ specialist account last Sunday 16/7.  The setup was successful and the transactions were downloaded without problem.  However, no further bank transactions were being downloaded from the next day until now.  I already looked at the tutorials etc and it looks like everything were setup correctly.

Welcome to the Reckon Community.

The BOQ Specialist bank requires you to enter a security code before giving you access to the website.  As this code changes by the minute Yodlee cannot do its daily update.  You will need to refresh your bank login credentials each time you wish to update.

In short, on the Bank connections screen click on Connect an Account, and then on the BOQ line click the link in the Status column and enter your bank internet login credentials.
