Bank Feeds

I've been having trouble with the bank feeds for my nab business card so I deleted the feed and created a new one (with a new YODLEE). Now whenever I attempt to use it, I get the attached error message. Any ideas? I'm getting very frustrated getting this to work and I've found the help desk not very helpful in providing support and resolution. I'm using BSB 012345 and account number as instructed (eg nnnn-nnxx-xxxx-nnnn) where n is the number on the card and x is just lower case Xs.

    Hello Jay,

    Sorry to hear of this issue of yours.

    The NAB has changed the display of credit card numbers, again.  Although existing connections continue to use the masking format, new connections are not using masking, so enter all the digits of your credit card number with a dash between each block of 4:

    1234-5612-3456-1234

    Hope this resolves the issue for you.

    Thanks. What I find frustrating is there is little help on how to set up a YODLEE feed and little support to navigate through such problems. I've used these resources before:

    It doesn't help when they are not updated. :(

    Can you suggest a resource that is UPDATED that I can use when I'm having problems? I've found the HELP desk phone support very 'unhelpful'. :(
