Bank feeds not importing any transactions

I set up bank feeds with ASB via Yoodle one week ago, and have linking the accounts, yet still no transactions are showing up.
I can't see any errors and there seems to be no way to force an import of a bank feed.
I sent an email to Reckon but they just asked me to call them, which isn't very helpful.
Am I missing something obvious?

Hi Sam,
Welcome to the Reckon Community
I believe our BankData specialist has sent you an email earlier this morning (which is more than likely a separate email to the one you're referring to in your post) containing info regarding your bank feed subscription specifically and the next steps required.
