Bank Feeds not linking

Hi, I am trying to get my Bank feeds working on Reckon One. Have contacted the bank and now in Reckon Bank feed managment the accounts show but the Status is marked as Bank-Gen Addition. I have been waiting for weeks to see if it was just a slow process in linking. Any suggestions?
