Bank Feeds not working (again)

I went to download my bankfeeds only to get an error. I called the support number and it's "outside of business hours" so there was no-one there to help me. What could be happening? I was running a trial of Xero yesterday and set-up bank feeds there to see how they worked on Xero. Could this be the problem?

Hi Jay

Check your bank feed subscription has come out of bank or was rejected.

Do you know the date of the last transaction downloaded or did you delete the last file from your feed?  Check the bank itself and see if there are any transactions since your last bank feed download.

If you have deleted a transaction download before entering the transactions then you can't get them back again, you have to enter manually from the bank statement and wait till there are new transactions to download.
