Bank feeds Reckon Hosted do not all download

Reckon Hosted - Two transactions in the middle of the month have not downloaded on bank feeds.  Is there any particular reason for this?  How can I force them to download?

Hello Roslyn,

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

There were issues accessing BankData from Reckon Accounts today and the issue was resolved by midday.  Are you able to access the transactions now?

If they are still missing please send a copy of your bank statement highlighting the 2 transactions that are still missing and our developers will be able to investigate the issues involved.

Hi John, 

I note that you say there were issues accessing BankData on the 14th.  My issue was on the 13th!  It is telling me there are no transactions to download in the month of August (where the two missing transactions are).  Perhaps this is because I have already matched all other transactions for that month?  I will enter them manually and hopefully it does not happen again.  

Could you please also tell me if there is any way to do an auto reconciliation after matching all transactions in bank feeds?  When using MYOB I was able to just click a reconciliation button and it did the rest for me and then printed the reconciliation report.  As far as I can tell in Reckon I have to click "done" and then go to reconcile and re-click all the transactions to get a report to print.  Am I doing something wrong and going the long way about it or is this the way it is done in Reckon?  I feel like I am reconciling twice ...
