Bank reconciliation not loading data

Bank Reconciliation isn't working for me. It seems to be locked trying to load data and  I have uncleared funds that should be cleared and I don't know if there is any way to fix that. Do I need to delete data and start again? Note: This conversation was created from a reply on: Bank reconciliation.

    Hi katyrou,
    Can I grab a bit more info on what's happening, is the page itself not loading? Is any data at all being presented to you? 

    If you have a screenshot or screen capture that you can attach that would be great so can get a better handle on whats occurring.

    It is a mystery to me. All morning the reconciliation page was locked while loading information. Now it is working fine? I have been able to complete October reconciliation and am moving on to the November one. Thanks
