Bankdata license is expired

I created my BankData account in May 2019 and already after just 1 month that account has expired.  I cannot log in to check or update my details.  And getting through to your NZ toll free number is next to impossible. I've sent emails to community, support, info and even Bankdata in Australia.  I've had the account for one month and I haven't even used it yet as most of that month I was waiting for the BankData application to be processed through our bank.

    Thanks for getting in touch and I'm really sorry to hear its been a struggle in getting help at the moment. I've just had a word with our BankData team and I understand they've sent you an email yesterday afternoon with some details and instructions.

    Can you advise if you've received this and how you got on with it?

    Hi Rav,
    I have a similar problem. Our credit card expired and I was locked out of Hosted until I spoke to someone at Reckon and they unlocked it and updated the information. I thought the Hosted subscription details would cover the bankdata details, but apparently they are separate entities. Unfortunately, I can't log in to Bankdata now to update my card details.
    Can you help?
