BAS no longer being pre-filled

Hi. Reckon One has been great for us. Recently however (the last 2 quarters), BAS is no longer being pre-filled (Tax>BAS); it's just showing zero in all sections. It may be we messed up shifting the GST registration around as we were getting varied advice but we are now selected for GST registration & still there are no figures being pulled from the accounts. Any help greatly appreciated
