Why would there still be billable items under time and costs when i have invoiced off the Sales order? Have created a SO, then PO off the SO , then bought in the items on a bill. and then created an invoice from the SO. But it still says there a billable items to be applied,... it didn't happen with previous parts invoiced to another customer

When you create a PO you can choose to select a customer against each item.

Then when you receive a bill against the PO it shows a tick box labelled "Billable" If you leave this box ticked it tries to bill the item again rather than extracting theĀ item from the Sales Order.

I find it is better to untick the Billable on the Bill and only use the Sales Order to create an Invoice.

It does mean you need to check Open PO's and Sales Orders each month and it is important to review your stock quantities to ensure they are correct but you should be doing that anyway.
