I have a black exception screen when attempting to open Payroll Premier.  Call centre has been at capacity for the last 3 days, so not getting any joy from them. I read on the threads that it is likely a corupt file.  How can I rebuild a file when the program wont open

    I would delete the current data file or rename it so you know it’s the faulty file and then copy and paste your last backed up file into where the current data file is. I usually need to change the file name from . QPW TO . QPB. When I then reopen it’ll ask me which file is like to open and I can choose. Hope it works
