Hi Liz,
Can you please logoff any active sessions in your Hosted control panel and then logout (ensure that you use the logout option in the top right corner).

Try again after a couple of minutes. Let me know how you go

thanks Rav, I have done that q couple of time now and even changed Browsers. but still the same black screen with little white boxes showing my logon details

black screen again this morning. I can't believe it, when are we going to have a program that is fully functional. I can't do this anymore. Fixed itself for approx 1 hour. 2 days ago..... stressed trying to catch up from the other day meltdown
