Hi Angela

Firstly go to the Control Panel and logoff any remote sessions.

Then go back to the dashboard and Launch Accounts.  Walk away and leave it, for me it has started every time (after about 10-15 minutes).  Solution supplied to me by Ryan from PSG Tech Support.  (Thanks Ryan).

Hopefully tonight's maintenance fixes the issue.
