Black Screen unable to log on

unable to log into reckon only a black screen has appeared and there is a 30min wait on the phone call centere is there anything else we can do?

Hi A&J,

Can you please head into the Hosted control panel and log off any & all active sessions listed in the 'Log off Remote Sessions' area.

Once that is done, logout (use the logout option in the corner, DO NOT just close the browser or tab).

Give it a couple of minutes and then try again.

Does the issue persist?
HI We don't have any visual to enable us to use the logout still the black screen

Hi mate,
Sorry I meant use the logout option in the control panel once the sessions have been logged off. (screenshot below)

We can not log on at all a black screen comes up as soon as we try and load.  We have the support time on the phone now so we will see how things go
