Blurry text

We have 4 computers, 2 of them running Windows 10 & 2 running Windows 7. Monitors etc are the same.  We have recently moved to Reckon Hosted and the 2 Win 7 computers have very blurry text unless the resolution is take down to 75%. The text is them too small to read easily!  Has anyone else had that problem and would upgrading to Win 10 fix it?

    yes I have. I couldn't use Hosted in windows 7 - too blurry and there is nothing to fix it...you have to be in windows 8 or later.

    Thanks heaps for that Jenny, I couldn't get any sort of definitive reply from the techs at Reckon.  Looks like I'll have to upgrade before I go blind!

    Which browser are you using on the PC's which result in blurry text?

    Have you tried any other browser on those respective PC's and if so, do they result in the same experience?

    All using the same browser, the only difference is Windows.

    Which browser is being used on the Windows 7 PC's?
    AND have they tried an alternative browser (on Windows 7 PC) to test if there is any difference?
