Building _ Construction Reportable - tax Payable Report

I have tried to up load the Tax Payable Report and have received the following errors, does anyone have a solution. Reason Code: VR164 Total errors: 1 Please contact your software developer. File validation abandoned due to file structure error. Reason Code: VR58 Total errors: 1 Please contact your software developer. The Record Identifier in File Total Data Record must contain 'FILE-TOTAL'. Reason Code: VR73 Total errors: 1 Please contact your software developer. This record and any subsequent records will be ignored during file validation until we find a valid sequence of records. The Identifier must be in this sequence: 'IDENTREGISTER1', 'IDENTREGISTER2', 'IDENTREGISTER3', 'IDENTITY', 'SOFTWARE', 'DPAIVS', or 'FILE-TOTAL'.

    I've had the exact same error codes and I wish someone at Tech Support could answer

    This was the advice I got as well. Some other hints don't write O'Maley instead o maley. don't have _ - or anything that is not a letter or number. Make sure you have the state and postcode.

    It took me 7 goes.
