I have the same issue but the corrupt data is in fact old pre 2003 that was condensed/Archived and as such I can not seem to delete or edit it which makes it impossible to upgrade the file.
Is there a way to delete this condensed data without upsetting the system?
This data has been like this for a long time but never been an issue until now.
The most recent Error shows as  28/02/2002 so well outside statutes

    Simon,

Sounds like your file has been corrupt for quite a long time.

This would have affected your reports.

It would also have meant that the person who is the Admin has not been using the backup feature of the program which includes the file verify data to check if the file is okay before it is backed up.

Those condensed transactions cannot be deleted without getting the people at Reckon to do it and they will charge a fee.

Instead of upgrading the file, you can start a brand new file in the new version.

You can export info from your existing file (except for transactions), create a new file in that same older version, import the info into the new file and then upgrade that new file into the newer program.
