We are happy with our current Invoice template, but would like to add a calculated amount based on the invoice total. Is there any way of doing this without spending lots of money on an add-on to do customized invoices?

to our knowledge, there is not much you can do within  the Custom templates, however, there are few add on tools , which does it and they are also certified by iNTUIT. As this is still a Quickbooks product. Also it can be developed here , or add tool developed in AUS, as as mentioned above. If you still have issues , we can direct you.

fully aware, i meant , the basic source codes is  Intuit, and even the some of SDK , as SDK of US works for AUS and US, except for Canada and UK,so these tools works fine, have tested them.

Chandra NOT correct. Reckon OWN the code. The development for the desktop product has ceased in the United States and the U.K.

yes, of course , we know that, RECKON OWNS THE CODES NOW what ever for next 100 years or so, what i meant was the SC and SDK  core developed by Intuit,Our codes and SDKS are about more than 4 versions behind. Once again Reckon owns the CODES, and thats great , as Reckon can enhance the existing SC and SDKS  which they are already doing for our requirement. We are international developers , we also develop for US based Intuit Products.
