Can Accounts Hosted 2020 import my QuickBooks Pro 2010/11 company files?

I recently purchased Reckon Accounts Hosted and need to migrate company files from Quickbooks Pro 2010/11. Just wondering if this is a simple conversion process or if professional help is required.

    Should be a simple case of uploading your existing file to hosted and then opening it from there and it will do the update. Of course there can always be glitches at each step depending on file size and internet strengths, but should be ok. An accredited trainer is always a good way to go if unsure though, and there are many helpful people on this forum
