Can I create APA file with all employees in one go in Reckon One?

I'm trying to help a client do a payroll through Reckon One and they wanted to make the pay today.

They want to create the APA file from the payrun.

All the employee details have been entered, and direct credit selected for all. Bank details have all been entered.

Is there a way to get this done all in one go, rather than using the make payment function from the payrun screen and allocating it one by one for each employee? It is rather inconvenient to do this method, but I can't find anyway to do otherwise.
