i phoned the other day about the same thing apparently not and you cannot change the standard quicken email address. I agree it is very unprofessional we are having to open the invoice to print which takes five steps on online version then email from in there which comes up in normal email program but at least it comes from your own email not quicken
Thanks Fiona. I think I'll try updating client and employee email addresses to our company email address. Once they arrive in our system, I'll manually send them via email. This will also solve the problem of not having records of emails sent via Reckon. It's a bit of double-handling, but not having our logo on emails we send is a show-stopper for us.
