Can I use my practise address as my client’s Registered Office?


Yes. Many of our clients nominate their address as their client’s registered office by notifying ASIC that their practice is the registered office but that the practise is occupier of the address and they have given their consent to their client.

For example: Smith Associates, 124 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000 with Smith Associates being the name of the client and not the new company name.
