Can someone advise how to edit the Employee Profile fields

The employee profile shows details that I don't know where they are coming from.  e.g. terminate an employee on 5/4/18 and the profile summary shows the Last Day on Benefits is 30/4/18. What exactly is that field?

I need to send a copy of the summary to someone and I need to be able to explain the fields.

Thanks for asking.

The field "Last Day on Benefits" has no purpose in Australia - it is a field that was inherited from the US version of QuickBooks many years ago where it does serve a purpose. 

There is no field in the Employee record for Benefits.  When you terminate an employee it will not ask for a last date for Benefits and the Profile Summary will use the date entered for "Release Date".

The Release Date is the date to which you want the employee to remain on your active list and appear in your list of employees to pay.  It is also the date used in the To Date field for Period of Payment on the Payment Summary.
