Can someone help me move from User Management screen. I just want to move to my Reckon Acounts Hoste

I can't move from User Management to anything more including Payroll, Invoicing or writing cheques

    Can you please step me through what is happening here? What is happening when you click the green "Launch Accounts Hosted" button?

    Don't get that screen up at all..I can log in to User Management only. Can't move from there

    Hi Joyce,
    By User Management, do you mean the screen in the following screenshot?

    What happens when you click on "Dashboard" on the top right corner? Does it take you to the launch page?

    Yes this screen. No launch page comes up at all, just from log in screen to this screen & back

    Hmm.. that sounds very odd.
    Which browser are you using when experiencing this problem?

    Can you please click the logout option in the top right and once it has completed, close the browser in full and try again on a different browser. Does the same problem persist?

    If so, can you please give us a buzz on 1300 799 150 as soon as possible so we can take a closer look into this.
