Can we or are we able to use multiple Tabs with different company accounts at once on reckon hosted?

    Hi Rahul,
    You cannot open a secondary session under the same login on a separate tab.

    To have multiple users access Hosted, each user needs to have their own User ID.

    Hi Rav,

    We do have multiple users and also multiple accounts. Can each user login to their own accounts and open up multiple tabs of each company data files?

    Hi Rav,

    Just a follow-up again on this and another minor issue i posted about today.

    We do have multiple users and also multiple companies, so when i login i can see multiple companies files. Is their a particular way to open up each of these on separate tabs or at the moment we can only use one instance? (Single user is off). Can each user login to their own accounts and open up multiple tabs of each company data files?

    Each user can only open 1 data file at a time
