Hi there Nadine...

Checking are you using Reckon Accounts? NZ or Aussie?

In the NZ Version you certainly can... 

first it would have to be set up in your company preferences... 'Edit' Dropdown menu/ Preferences/ Company preferences/ Payroll & Employees/ Check job costing  per Earnings Item.


Then in the pay check detail....just add a line per class required to be tracked...& put in the relevant number of hours worked in/on that class.
