Can you lock down supplier bank account details access

We have numerous people who have access to our Reckon files within our office. We want to be able to lock down the Supplier Centre so that nobody has access to change the bank account numbers of suppliers after they are set up (apart from Admin). Is this possible?

You can allocate access to different users and give them distinct permissions as to what they can either see or alter.   Go to Company/Users/Set Up Users and Roles.    There are a number of roles that have already been created which you can edit or, if you prefer, you can create a new role with a special name
