Absolutely, I’m not in Front of my computer to walk you through but I’m sure someone will weigh in.  I run 5 companies on mine

At its simplest, all you need to do is create a separate file for each company. That will alow full separation of all transactions, and allow you to send a complete file to the accountants at year end, for each company.

Well I did type this when there were no other comments, but by the time it was posted due to internet issues the question had been answered

Thank you for your replies.  So I have tried to set up a new company and received the error code 6129.0  apparently this covers a range of problems.  Any hints?

Have you tried this, from a previous thread?

Please log out of your file and this session (File > Exit).  Check in the Control Panel under Log off Remote Sessions, and if still logged in, log it off.  Then start up again and you should be able to successfully access your  file.
