How to fix transfer cancelled error Reckon Accounts Personal 2013

I'm using Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2013 on a Windows 7 Pro 64 bit system.

My computer crashed earlier in the week and I've subsequently re-installed Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2013.

I can no longer transfer between accounts.   When I hit 'Enter' Reckon displays an error message or dialog window advising that "Transfer Cancelled" with an "OK" button.   If I change the "TO" account to a normal category then the transaction is entered normally, no error message.

Any help appreciated.



Edit: Further Info.   When attempting to enter a transfer via clicking the 'Transfer' link/menu at the top of the register window, then a purpose 'transfer' editing window appears, on editing the necessary fields then attempting to enter the transaction, I'm getting the same result, "Transfer Cancelled".

Welcome to the Reckon Community.

This error indicates that the reinstall was complicated by a previous installation of RA.

Please try to uninstall Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2013, and run isSetup.exe as administrator.
