CAN SOMEONE FIX MY HOSTED SOFTWARE??? 29 HOURS & STILL UNRESOLVED

I spent 46 minutes on the phone talking to support, only to be told I will receive a call back.  That was yesterday morning.  It is now after 1pm the next day and still I am without any accounting software.  Hello - Am I to run my business with this service?   SOMEONE FIX IT!!!

Sorry to hear that you are having difficulties with Hosted.  

Could you please send me your Reckon Customer ID to community@reckon.com.au so that I can investigate further.

We have not had any system issue this week that could account for any difficulty you may be having.  

Alternatively, please call technical support again.
