Cannot Complete Transaction

I keep getting errors popping up, saying I cannot complete a transaction or a transaction cannot be saved, as they are being edited by whoever.  Things like saving an supplier invoice, or trying to save a memorised transaction, however, when I ask the person editing them why they say its not them.  Is this just a glitch?

    Do you have any other active sessions listed in the Hosted control panel at the time you notice this occurring?

    Sometimes, not always, there is no pattern to it, once it was for reoccurring memorised transactions as I logged in, other times its when I'm trying to enter something and may or may not have open sessions.
