Cannot Complete Transaction

I keep getting errors popping up, saying I cannot complete a transaction or a transaction cannot be saved, as they are being edited by whoever. Things like saving an supplier invoice, or trying to save a memorised transaction, however, when I ask the person editing them why they say its not them. Is this just a glitch?

Sometimes, not always, there is no pattern to it, once it was for reoccurring memorised transactions as I logged in, other times its when I'm trying to enter something and may or may not have open sessions.0
